The community team continues to operate as one community team. professional activities (SPA) and 7 PAs of direct clinical care (DCC).The community team post is based at The Ellis Centre, 18 Dean Road, Scarborough which is a unit to house the facilities to support the delivery of community care to adults. The community team receives an average of 100 - with other members of the multidisciplinary team, to ensure patient safety and appropriate care is delivered. be expected to provide key medical leadership to the Community Mental Health Inner Team involvement in complex care planning meetings. clinical supervision to a resident doctor and expected to provide clinical placements for Medical Undergraduates form Hull York Medical School.
