In this role you will be part of the Integrated Sexual and Reproductive Health team, delivering comprehensive screening, diagnosis, advice and treatment for STIs and HIV in the Ealing community. You work within an MDT to support multidisciplinary ISRH clinics and contribute to wider sexual health initiatives. The position involves leading case-management for vulnerable or complex patients and participating in audits and quality improvement projects. This is a permanent, full-time post at Mattock Lane Health Centre, offering a meaningful opportunity to shape integrated sexual health services.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver excellent case-management for individuals with increased vulnerability or complex needs
- Collaborate with other ISRH providers across secondary care, primary care, and third sector
- Participate in national and local audit and quality improvement projects under Clinical Director guidance
Key requirements
- Full Registration with the GMC
- Experience in ISRH for at least 2 years
