Job summaryWe seek a Consultant Psychiatrist to join our friendly and experienced team in Beechlydene Ward, Fountain Way, Salisbury. Our objective is for Beechlydene Ward to be the best provider of working age adult in-patient care in the region.They will work with ward staff on quality improvement, including introducing innovative practice, improving safety, engagement with carers and psycho-education for patients. Contribute to local academic programme teaching junior doctors, medical students and staff in allied professions. In addition, there is a monthly PDP group and Peer Supervision.
