Job summaryAs part of community transformation we are changing the way we Support individuals who are referred to Community Mental health services. We are continuing to develop the referral and assessment hub and are looking to recruit a B7 Team Manager to support the ongoing transformation of the service.This post is a full time position (37.5 hours per week) and the working hours will be 9am - 5pm 5 days per week . The Hub is currently operational Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm so flexible working can be discussed. The post holder will be expected to travel across Salford and expected that base will be flexible.This post includes participation in the Bronze on call rota.Main duties of the jobKey duties willinclude:Support the team to:Triage all referrals coming into the referral and assessment hub as part of a team.
