A full-time (40 hours) or part-time position as a Salaried General Practitioner (GP) at Rosedean House Centre. Transform lives as a local GP, part of a primary care at scale group.

Main duties of the job:

  • Be a General Practitioner registered with the GMC, on the GP Specialty Register and on the NHS Performers List with post CCT experience in Primary or Urgent Care.
  • Have a passion for your work and a desire to thrive in a dynamic organisation whilst delivering NHS services to a wide range of patients.
  • Be organised and have a proactive approach to clinical and operational responsibilities.

Job responsibilities:

  • A mix of telephone, face-to-face and home visit appointments.
  • Understand the patient population to provide high-quality care to patients.
  • Undertake both planned and urgent primary care as required.
  • Provide patient-focused, evidence-based practice to a high standard.
  • Support the wider MDT to ensure patients with long-term and/or complex health conditions are cared for at the right time, by the right clinician.

Rosedean House Surgery is a well-established GP practice in the heart of Liskeard, a historic market town in Cornwall; a gateway to Bodmin Moor and the coast, close to Looe and Plymouth. The surgery has served the local community since 1874 and is now home to a dedicated team, providing care to approximately 10,000 registered patients.
