In this role you will lead a patient-centred Breast Surgery service within a multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality clinical care and contributing to service development. You will engage in clinical governance, audit, and quality improvement to align with national guidelines and best practice. You will also train and supervise junior staff, contribute to teaching, research, and innovation, and participate in appraisals and job planning.
