Overview
In this full-time role you will provide Consultant-level breast imaging expertise across mammography, breast MRI, tomosynthesis and ultrasound, including complex interventional procedures. You will perform image-guided biopsies and localisations and contribute to MDT discussions for treatment planning. The post supports high-quality imaging services across East Surrey and surrounding sites, with opportunities for training and career development in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities
- Report breast imaging studies (mammograms, breast MRI, tomosynthesis)
- Perform ultrasound examinations and interventional procedures (core biopsy, seed localisation, vacuum-assisted biopsy, wire localisation, drainage, FNA)
- Provide opinions on general radiology and cross-sectional imaging for MDT discussions
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to support treatment planning
Key requirements
- current UK professional registration
- substantial breast radiology experience
- evidence of appropriate clinical qualifications and registration
