HCRG Care Group are seeking two enthusiastic and highly organised Recruitment Coordinators to join our friendly and welcoming Recruitment Team. You will be a key player in our growing Recruitment Team, helping us deliver exceptional service to our internal stakeholders. Your role will involve managing the full onboarding cycle and leading the compliance process for talented candidates who make a meaningful difference by providing essential health and care services to our communities.
This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) based at our Head Office in Runcorn. You will enjoy a Monday-to-Friday schedule and after settling in, you will have the flexibility to work from home two days a week. It’s a fantastic opportunity to launch your career in HR and recruitment. You will gain hands-on experience, including recruiting both domestic and international candidates, all while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team.
