Job summaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join the Property & Facilities Management Team at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust.
We are looking for a proactive and experienced professional with a strong background in construction, engineering, surveying or design to lead the delivery of a varied portfolio of capital projects across Frimley Health and community sites.
You will have delegated responsibility for taking individual schemes from initial feasibility and design through to construction and completion, with accountability for project budgets, quality, programme and overall delivery. Projects will include new build, refurbishment, backlog maintenance and other capital works, providing an excellent opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the Trust's estate.
Main duties of the jobYou will lead a diverse portfolio of major and minor capital projects across the Trust estate and wider Frimley Health Integrated Care System (ICS). This is a varied role that will see you working closely with clinical and operational teams, Estates and Facilities colleagues, Capital Directors, Estates Managers and CAD Technicians, alongside external consultants, contractors and other key stakeholders.
