You will have overall responsibility for the safe, effective and high-quality delivery of clinical services, ensuring our patients receive the highest standards of care and support. You will lead clinical services across our two wards: a 12-bed Rehabilitation & Recovery (R&R) ward and an 18-bed Acute ward. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the hospital, you will promote a positive, patient-centred culture, drive continuous improvement and ensure our clinical teams are supported to deliver the best possible outcomes and experience for our patients.
