You will deliver a diverse programme of new-build, refurbishment, backlog maintenance and community capital schemes across Frimley Health and community sites, with schemes ranging from £50,000 to £30 million and around £50 million annual capital investment.
Working with the Associate Directors, you will manage feasibility, design through to construction.
