Overview
As Marketing Executive you will implement and optimise CHEC’s marketing strategy to raise nationwide awareness of our ophthalmology and gastroenterology services. You collaborate with the Marketing Manager to deliver engaging campaigns, manage digital channels, and promote CHEC’s services across England. You will support content creation, events, and recruitment marketing while building relationships with partners and suppliers. This role offers hands-on impact in a mission-driven, community-focused healthcare organisation.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update website content for a best-in-class user experience
- Create engaging digital content (blogs, graphics, video)
- Monitor and report campaign performance using HubSpot Analytics and Google Analytics
- Act as a HubSpot superuser and train colleagues
- Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with designers and external suppliers on marketing collateral
- Assist with industry events, exhibitions and conferences
- Build relationships with partners, agencies and suppliers
- Support budget administration, POs and supplier payments
- Coordinate internal communications
- Support HR in recruitment marketing and employee engagement campaigns
- Create and deliver social media content showcasing our people and culture
Key requirements
- Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing or communications
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally HubSpot
- Strong social media management and content creation skills
- Experience updating websites and managing digital content
- Excellent written communication and proofreading skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
