Overview
As Chief Executive you will provide strategic leadership to guide the Trust through its next chapter, focusing on quality and safety, access and outcomes, health inequality reduction, and service transformation. You will work with the Chair, Board and Executive Team to ensure long-term financial sustainability and to shape more integrated, locally delivered care in partnership with NHS, local government and the voluntary sector. This role is a prominent system leadership position with a strong emphasis on values and inclusive leadership.
