Overview
In this role you will monitor performance and compliance across facilities services under the PFI contract, ensuring standards support a safe, high-quality environment for patients and staff. You will work within the Estates & Facilities team to drive improvements, analyse data, and report outcomes to stakeholders. The position offers exposure to a broad range of FM services and contract management, within a collaborative NHS setting. You will contribute to quality, sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives, with travel between sites as needed.

Responsibilities
- Monitor service performance against specifications and contractual standards
- Conduct audits, inspections and investigations across multiple FM areas
- Analyse performance data and prepare reports for NHS Trust stakeholders
- Support contract management activities, including variations and service improvements
- Contribute to environmental and sustainability initiatives
- Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to drive continuous improvement
Key requirements
- Experience in health service or related area (min 1 year)
- Experience with quality assurance audits in a Hospital FM setting
- In-depth experience of FM services in a hospital environment
- Experience auditing against standardized documentation
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
- Organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of FM services and presentation skills
- General education including English and Maths (GCSEs or equivalent)
