Responsibilities
- Provide anaesthesia for general surgery, major trauma, obstetrics, and neurosurgery (on-call duties)
- Independently run peri-operative allergy clinic
- Teach and mentor junior doctors; deliver lectures; support undergraduate and postgraduate learning
- Participate in continuing medical education and quality improvement activities
- Contribute to service development and flexible job planning to suit skills and interests
- Support sustainability and work-life balance initiatives; engage in research or QI projects
- Assist in improving patient-centered care and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Key requirements
- Full GMC registration with licence to practice
- CCT or CESR expected within 6 months of interview date
