Job summaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join our reception team.We are a practitioner led service committed to delivering high quality care to the local population of Petersfield and the surrounding areas. The UTC operates 08:00 -- 20:00 hours, 365 days a year, offering treatment for both minor injury and minor illness to adults and children. Patients can pre-book appointments through NHS 111 as well as walk-in attendance.Good communication skills are essential when dealing with patients both in person and via the telephone. A professional and sensitive manner is required to be always maintained. The successful applicants should be an experienced receptionist, with good communication and organisational skills. Duties will include booking patients into the department, taking telephone enquiries and referring them to the appropriate practitioner, monitoring the booked 111 appointments, data collection, arranging out-patient clinic appointments and general administrative support for the clinical lead and practitioners.
