Working Pattern / Sessions Core hours: 08:30 - 17:00 (weekday, on site) Additional flexible opportunities:o Video consultations for late receptions at partner siteso Cover for annual leave, training and partner sitesMain duties of the job Deliver face-to-face primary care Manage long-term conditions, mental health and substance misuse Work collaboratively and lead clinically within multi-disciplinary teams Participate in clinical governance, audit and quality improvement Support teaching and supervisionAbout usNHFT is an integrated primary care and mental health Trust, providing physical, mental health and specialty services in both hospital settings and out in the community. Because we put the person at the centre of all we do, we focus on delivering care that is as easy to access as possible. This means many of our services can be provided at home, work or in schools.

We also provide health services to various prisons and detention centres in Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.
