Managing workforce governance, assurance and performance reporting processes. Delivering complex workforce projects and organisational change programmes. Producing insightful workforce intelligence and analytical reports to inform senior decision-making. Developing and improving systems, processes and reporting frameworks. Managing the People Partnering administration function and supporting staff development. Coordinating workforce compliance, governance and assurance activities. Leading service improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, effectiveness and user experience.
