b Overview /b p As Operations Manager, you will lead services across Oncology, Haematology and Rheumatology at GEH and SWFT to ensure safe, effective and responsive patient care. You will be visible across two organisations, collaborating with clinical and nursing teams to support delivery and development. You will drive service improvement, redesign and performance while managing budgets and governance in a busy, cross-site environment. This role offers influence across organisations with opportunities to shape patient pathways and outcomes through collaborative leadership.
