Overview

In this role you will manage the day-to-day operation and quality delivery of the CAMHS CORE service across Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin.

You will lead staff, ensure governance, and maintain clinical competencies while aligning with national and Trust targets.

You will collaborate with the service lead and partners to enhance service provision and quality.

This is a hands-on leadership and clinical role in a supportive, mission-driven NHS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advice to team staff and multi-disciplinary groups
  • Monitor practice against trends and drive change as needed
  • Ensure professional codes of conduct are followed with relevant leads
  • Manage skill mix and risk assessment
