Job summaryWe are looking to recruit a dedicated and detail-focused Clinical Summariser to join our Practice team. This key role is responsible for reviewing, interpreting and accurately summarising clinical information from patient records, hospital correspondence and other healthcare documentation onto the Practice clinical system, ensuring records are complete, accurate and up to date.As an integral member of the administrative team, the Clinical Summariser supports the delivery of safe and effective patient care by maintaining high-quality clinical records that assist clinicians in making informed decisions. Working in accordance with Practice policies, NHS guidance and information governance requirements, the postholder will contribute to accurate data recording, reporting and population health management.The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and a strong commitment to confidentiality. They will be able to prioritise workloads effectively, demonstrate sound judgement and remain calm and professional while working within a busy healthcare environment. The practice has a friendly, supportive team who work closely.
