Responsibilities

  • Assess and manage patients’ mental health needs
  • Deliver holistic care plans based on physical, social and psychological factors
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team as autonomous practitioner
  • Provide evidence-based, personalised care and seek feedback from patients
  • Support safeguarding and adherence to policies
  • Contribute to nursing strategy and continuous professional development

Key requirements

  • NMC Registered - Mental Health
  • Understanding of neurodiverse conditions (autism, ADHD) and related communication challenges in criminal justice
  • Experience in multidisciplinary collaboration
