Main duties of the jobProvide senior nursing leadership and support the Ward Manager in the day-to-day running of the wardLead and supervise nursing staff, supporting their development, clinical supervision and performanceAct as a shift leader, ensuring safe staffing, effective risk management and high standards of patient care.
Support the MDT, oversee therapeutic care and deputise for the Ward Manager when required.
