Make a tangible difference to patient outcomes and experience.Join us and help shape safer services, stronger governance and better outcomes for our patients and communities.Main duties of the jobAs Governance Manager, you will support the effective coordination and delivery of governance processes across the Division, working under the direction of the Deputy Head of Governance.Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the implementation of the Trust's Quality Governance Framework. Leading and coordinating governance activities including risk management, incident reporting, patient safety, complaints and clinical audit. Supporting the implementation of the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) and leading assigned learning responses and investigations. Ensuring divisional risks are effectively managed, maintained and escalated where appropriate. Producing high-quality governance reports, performance dashboards and assurance information for governance meetings. Supporting compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and other regulatory requirements. Analysing and triangulating data from incidents, complaints, audits and patient feedback to identify themes, risks and opportunities for improvement.
