Job summaryHumbleyard Practice's patient care team is made up of 15 friendly and dedicated patient care advisors, working across our Cringleford, Hethersett, and Mulbarton Surgeries. We are currently looking to recruit part- or full-time patient care advisors to join our team. As a patient care advisor, you'll be at the heart of the practice, helping patients navigate their healthcare journey with confidence and ease. You'll be the first point of contact for patients, whether in person or over the phone, offering support, booking appointments, and signposting them to the right clinician or service at the right time.

Main duties of the jobNo two days are the same. You'll be handling enquiries, updating records, and working closely with both clinical and administrative teams to keep everything running smoothly.
