Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager
- Support the clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, care plans, and care reviews
- Ensure delivery of quality, person-centred care while upholding residents’ dignity and preferences
Key requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
