Main duties of the jobDeliver safe, effective and patient-centred General Practice services. Manage a varied caseload via AskMyGP, telephone and face-to-face consultations.
Assess, diagnose and manage acute and long-term conditions.
Undertake clinical administration including results, correspondence, referrals and prescriptions.
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patients are seen by the most appropriate clinician.
Participate in the practice on-call rota, proportionate to sessions worked.
Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement and practice development.
