Job summaryWe are seeking to recruit an exceptional individual for our MSK Service Manager role, working within our ESHT MSK team.The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight and operational delivery of high quality, safe, efficient, and sustainable ESHT MSK services; Adult MSK Physiotherapy, Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, Paediatric MSK Physiotherapy, MSK Advanced Practitioner Service, and the ESHT Fracture Liaison service.Main duties of the jobResponsible for the ongoing development of the services through service improvement, innovation and redesign. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of programmes, standards and process to enhance delivery, waiting times, patient access, quality, performance and financial efficiency.Accountability for the operational performance of services through the collection, analysis and evaluation of key performance, quality, and operational data to ensure key KPIs are met (eg. productivity and efficiency, quality, demand vs capacity)Responsibility for providing modern corporate leadership under the Assistant Director of Operations and Performance and the Head of Service to a wide range of staff within their services.
