Job summaryThere are 2 posts available one within MSEFT (Acute) and one within EPUT (Mental Health) :-1) MSE's Director of Quality and Clinical Governance you will be responsible for ensuring that appropriate governance arrangements exist to safeguard the quality of the systems & processes that contribute to the care of patients, can achieve & report on the Trust's performance against & oversight of, the Care Quality Commission standards and that a robust governance structure is in place for Ward to Board governance to allow detection, response & escalation of concerns. Acting as Executive Lead for Patient Engagement & Co-production, ensuring that patients, families, carers and communities are meaningfully involved in the design, delivery, monitoring and improvement of care.2) AsEPUT's Director of Safety & Patient Safety Specialist you will be responsible for leading patient safety across one of the largest mental health and community healthcare trusts in the region, shaping and delivering the Trust's strategic approach to safety and learning.
