Overview
In this Salaried GP role, you provide high-quality, patient-centred primary care across three Milton Keynes practices. You work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver care via face-to-face, telephone, and home visits, handling routine and urgent cases while supporting patients with long-term conditions. You contribute to improving clinical services and ensuring timely, appropriate care with well-kept records. This city-wide role offers variety, collaboration, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in diverse communities.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred primary care across three Milton Keynes sites
- Conduct consultations via face-to-face, telephone, and home visits
- Manage routine and urgent primary care presentations
- Support patients with long-term and complex health conditions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of clinical services and patient outcomes
- Support the wider MDT to ensure timely, appropriate care
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with standards
Key requirements
- Fully registered with the GMC and included on the Performers List, or recently completed CCT awaiting inclusion/registration
- Committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
- Excellent communicators with strong clinical decision-making skills
- Adaptable and comfortable working across multiple practice locations
- Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
