Key requirements
- Ability to communicate with all levels of staff
- Sound clerical background with knowledge of relevant procedures
- Computer literate with high keyboard accuracy
- Knowledge of databases and spreadsheets (PAS, Excel, or similar)
- Experience using IT/Patient Data Systems
- Knowledge of NHS or service provider in general
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of working in a team
- Confidentiality and Data Protection principles
- Health and Safety understanding
- Equality and Diversity understanding
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Microsoft packages familiarity
