In this role you will support ophthalmic care across the patient pathway, scrubbing and assisting in high-volume theatres and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
- Scrub and assist in high-volume theatre environments; support surgeons in ophthalmic care
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to patients and families
- Prepare clinical areas for daily activities and manage admission/discharge on theatre days
- Ensure Af PP good practice guidelines are followed in theatre
- Participate in departmental audits and continuous improvement
- Foster effective listening and communication; thrive in a team-oriented environment
- Key requirements
- Registered practitioner with NMC or HCPC
- Experience in clinical or theatre settings, preferably high-volume procedures
- Willingness for ongoing training and professional development
