Overview
In this role you will provide patient-centred clinical and administrative care within an IQIPS-accredited audiology service.
As a senior autonomous practitioner, you’ll diagnose and rehabilitate both adults and children across diverse settings, while guiding quality assurance processes.
You’ll participate in mentorship and opportunities for work-based training to support progression.
The role sits within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to high-quality, safe patient care and service development.

Responsibilities
- Deliver routine and specialist diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology services to adults and children
- Operate as a senior autonomous practitioner within a multidisciplinary team
- Participate in internal and external quality assurance to ensure optimal patient care
- Provide patient-facing clinical duties and administrative support to maintain service efficiency
- Engage in mentorship and potential work-based training for career progression
- Support service planning, development and policy implementation within IQIPS framework
- Key requirements
- MSc in Audiology or equivalent knowledge base
- Registration with Health and Care Professions Council or AHCS
- Experience with paediatric assessments and hearing aid fitting for adults and children
- Experience in NHS acute or community settings
- Experience of multi-agency working and building positive relationships
- Desirable: ERA and balance course, BAA Higher Training Scheme modules, IT and presentation skills
