Overview

You join an established training practice within a large health centre that supports GP trainees, medical students and other learners. You will work in a multidisciplinary setting focused on sustainable workload and high-quality patient care, collaborating with community teams to manage frailty, diabetes and mental health needs. The role offers flexible sessions, a shared duty rota, and ongoing professional development, with a clear path to leadership and service development. This is an opportunity to influence patient care in a collaborative, teaching-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 4 clinical sessions per week (face-to-face, telephone and online)
  • Participate in a shared duty rota with multidisciplinary team support
  • Attend and contribute to practice clinical meetings and service development
  • Lead on interests such as diabetes, frailty, or mental health as appropriate
