Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality primary care through face-to-face and telephone consultations for acute and chronic conditions
  • Assess, diagnose, and manage patients independently with safe prescribing and appropriate referrals
  • Maintain safe, accurate clinical records in line with GMC Code of Practice
  • Collaborate with the wider multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated patient care
  • Support practice development, contribute to QOF achievement, participate in initiatives, and pursue ongoing professional learning

Key Requirements

  • Experience as a General Practitioner or in a similar primary care role
  • Experience with EMIS in a clinical environment
  • Experience across settings such as nursing homes, senior care facilities, hospice environments, and home care services
