Overview
As Product Delivery Owner Infrastructure Services, you lead the technical delivery of critical infrastructure and systems within the product teams. You define the product vision, roadmaps, and prioritize features to maximise business value while ensuring reliability, scalability and security. You collaborate with architecture, security and service management to embed best practices and drive continuous improvement. This role shapes resilient digital services that support urgent care across London, combining hands-on design with governance and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and specification of digital systems
- Develop and upgrade existing systems
- Define product vision and roadmaps with business leads
- Prioritise features based on business value
- Interface between stakeholders and the Product Delivery team
- Ensure reliability, scalability and security of the product
- Monitor performance and optimise systems
- Embed security best practices in the lifecycle
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing
- Maintain high professional standards in data centres and infrastructure environments
Key requirements
- Masters degree in IT-related subject or equivalent senior IT management experience
- ITIL Foundation level
- ILM Level 5 qualification or plan to obtain within 24 months
- TOGAF 9 Foundation & Certification or plan to obtain within 24 months
- Extensive IT infrastructure management experience for critical services
- Experience designing, developing, implementing and managing networks, systems and database architectures with high availability and disaster recovery
- Experience working with architecture principles and governance
- Awareness of and alignment with Trust values
