Overview
In this role you will provide podiatry care within a supportive community health service, working as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will build and maintain clinical skills across podiatry specialisms in a centralized hub with opportunities for learning and professional development. The role includes supervised practice, quarterly reviews, and exposure to services such as nail surgery and high‑risk foot care, including access to innovative technologies. You will contribute to high‑quality, patient‑centred care in the community and experience rotation through different podiatry areas.

Responsibilities
- Work effectively as a member of a multiprofessional team
- Ensure clear communication with patients, relatives and carers
- Maintain accurate records of consultations and data in the Electronic Patient Record System
- Attend and contribute to podiatry team meetings, appraisals, and 1:1 sessions
- Coordinate with other professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care
Key requirements
- Podiatry diploma / degree
- HCPC registration
- Diabetic patient assessment experience
- Core podiatry assessment and treatment experience
- Nail surgery experience
- Desirable: Diabetes foot module, Royal College of Podiatry Membership
- Essential: Ability to make decisions using evidence and to work with minimum supervision
