Overview
In this role you will design, facilitate and evaluate leadership and management development initiatives across three NHS organisations. You will work with senior leaders and clinical teams to create evidence-based, scalable learning experiences that drive improvements in care and service delivery. You will use data and stakeholder insights to shape priorities and advance modern leadership approaches, including digital learning. This is a high-impact consultancy role that supports a unified Tri-Trust leadership strategy while addressing local needs.

Responsibilities
- Lead design, facilitation and evaluation of leadership and management development programmes
- Create engaging face-to-face, virtual and blended learning experiences
- Facilitate workshops, leadership briefings, action learning and development events
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders from frontline to Executive Directors
- Use data, feedback and organisational insight to shape future learning priorities
- Help drive innovation in digital learning and modern leadership development approaches
- Support the delivery of a shared Tri-Trust leadership strategy while responding to local organisational needs
Key requirements
- Extensive knowledge and experience of OD, learning and leadership development needs assessment and implementing OD and learning programmes
- Design and direct delivery of 121 and team development through facilitation and/or coaching
- Experience of stakeholder engagement and working across professional boundaries
- Evidence of commitment to inclusion, collaboration and developing others
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and organisational development theories
- Desirable experience in complex public sector environments
