Overview
In this role you drive the digital transformation agenda at a leading charitable private hospital in London. You will lead programmes that enhance patient experience, staff engagement, operational efficiency and clinical effectiveness while embedding information security. You collaborate with the CIO, clinicians and external partners to deliver measurable benefits and foster a culture of innovation. Your work shapes how digital technology delivers value across the organisation, from governance to adoption. Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of digital and technology-enabled transformation programmes
- Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps and delivery plans
- Drive organisational change, engagement and user adoption
- Establish effective programme governance and executive reporting
- Work with stakeholders to improve services and redesign processes
- Lead the evaluation, implementation and adoption of AI-enabled capabilities
- Ensure information governance, cybersecurity and compliance requirements are embedded in all initiatives
- Manage supplier relationships and technology procurement activities
- Track benefits realisation and ensure successful operational handover of new services
- Coach and support colleagues, helping to build a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Key requirements
- Significant experience leading large-scale digital transformation programmes
- Experience delivering technology-enabled organisational change
- Experience managing complex programme portfolios and budgets
- Experience engaging with senior executives and clinical stakeholders
- Strong supplier and contract management experience
- Proven ability to develop compelling business cases and strategic proposals
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience driving adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working
