Job summaryTo provide leadership and management of the Trust's estate capital development and delivery programme. The Trust capital budget is variable year on year but ranges from 18m - 46m of which circa 50% will be overseen by the post holder. To support the Deputy Group Director of Capital Projects in the development and management of the estate capital development programme, ensuring that it's aligned to the Trust's overall strategy and clinical and corporate strategies.Main duties of the jobTo be responsible for and oversee the design and development of capital schemes as delegated, from inception to completion.
