Overview
In this role you will lead the development and execution of the business-development plan to drive growth for SELDOC Healthcare. You will build senior client relationships, expand the pipeline, and pursue new customers, markets and partnerships. You will oversee campaigns, bids and contract negotiations, contributing to the company’s five-year strategy to diversify urgent and primary care services. This is a high-impact role reporting to the CEO and working with the Executive Team.

Responsibilities
- Deliver and own the business development plan
- Generate new opportunities and partnerships
- Manage senior client relationships and an ongoing pipeline
- Identify new customers, markets, partnerships and services
- Execute sales campaigns and lead bids
- Negotiate contracts and support mobilisation
Key requirements
- Evidence of delivering new business strategies generating revenues > £1 million
- Experience building customer relationship plans and nurturing senior corporate relationships
- Track record leading sales activity and campaigns to deliver outcomes
- Experience creating and delivering complex tender responses on time
- Strong commercial judgment, pipeline management and negotiation skills
- Senior leadership experience in an organisation with multimillion-pound revenues
- Deep healthcare knowledge or ability to develop it quickly
