Overview
In this GP Partner role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while contributing to the practice’s clinical leadership and strategic development. You will work within a large, established PMS practice serving around 20,000 patients, collaborating with a diverse multidisciplinary team. The role combines clinical duties with governance, service development and financial/operational oversight to shape the practice’s future. You will lead or participate in initiatives across PCN networks, quality improvement and staffing development, underpinned by a supportive culture and modern premises.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, treat and manage patients (acute and chronic conditions)
- Ensure high clinical standards, safeguarding, infection control and clinical governance
- Contribute to practice strategy, service development, workforce planning and business decisions
- Share responsibility for financial and operational management (per partnership)
- Support recruitment, supervision and wellbeing of staff
- Ensure NHS contractual compliance (CQC, GMC, etc.)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, PCN and local health services
- Participate in meetings and ensure effective communication between partners and staff
- Maintain professional development, appraisal and revalidation requirements
- Participate in governance, audits, safeguarding and quality improvement
Key requirements
- GMC registration and NHS England Performers List inclusion
- MRCGP or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years GP experience
- Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical governance
- Strong communication, leadership and teamwork skills
- Understanding of GP partnership responsibilities
