This is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering high-quality services while ensuring financial sustainability, strong governance, and exceptional colleague engagement. This opportunity would suit an experienced operational leader who has successfully managed large, multi-site services and led remote management teams within a complex and regulated environment. Please note: This role requires extensive travel across the East Division and applicants must be able and willing to travel regularly. The successful candidate should expect to travel across our East Division locations up to 3-4 days per week to provide visible leadership, build effective stakeholder relationships, support operational delivery, and ensure consistency across services.
