We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Head of Healthcare to join our Healthcare team at HMP Thameside, a category B Prison located in London. HMP Thameside is a category B remand prison with a capacity for 1232 inmates. We are recruiting a Deputy Head of Healthcare to support the Head of Healthcare in the daily running of the prison.
Hours: Monday - Friday 0800 - 1600
Salary: This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary up to £70,000 per annum.

Main duties of the job:
- Provide outstanding evidence-based care to our patients by seeking out, listening to and acting on feedback so that patient engagement is at the centre of service delivery.
- Provide day-to-day operational service delivery and data which has integrity, in a timely manner to meet commissioner expectations.
- Deliver non-judgemental, compassionate care within the financial framework that is safe, high quality and in line with CQC requirements.
- Inspire trust and excellence in your people by pro-actively leading the service and motivating the team.
