Overview
In this role you will supervise a small Care Services team at Barnet Grange, ensuring high standards of person-centred care while prioritising residents’ dignity, independence and safety. You will support the team, monitor daily progress and address concerns to maintain quality care. This position offers ongoing learning and development within a caring, respectful culture. You’ll contribute to Avery’s mission of creating meaningful lives together by delivering outstanding resident care on night shifts.

Responsibilities
- Promote and deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents
- Monitor and document residents' daily progress and observations
- Handle concerns or complaints from residents or relatives promptly and courteously
- Provide ongoing support to residents, families, and the Care Services Team
- Manage and influence a small Care Services team to ensure standards are met and processes followed
Key requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Recognised Medication administration qualification and experience
- Previous experience in a Senior Care role
- Demonstrable ability to organise, lead, inspire and influence a team
