Overview
In this role you will provide high-quality outpatient pharmacy services as the Responsible Pharmacist, supporting the Senior Pharmacist and the team to enhance patient experience. You will contribute to policy, service development and resource management while upholding Royal Free London values. You will engage in education, research and development, and maintain safe, compassionate care across sites. This position offers the chance to shape outpatient pharmacy services in a busy NHS trust.

Key requirements
- Experience of patient counselling
- Completed audit and used to improve practice
- General knowledge of hospital pharmacy practice and services (clinical pharmacy, medicines information, patient services)
- Understanding and experience of medicines reconciliation
- GPhC registration in place before starting
- Mandatory CPD to maintain fitness to practice
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Good written communication
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Initiative and independence
- Confident yet mindful of own limitations
- Computer literate; proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient use of email and internet
