Overview
In this role you will lead Trust-wide People Partnering and People Relations to deliver the People Strategy. You will oversee transformation, leadership development, staff engagement, inclusion and diversity, and a resolution-focused, just culture approach to employee relations. You’ll work within the People and Culture leadership team to drive workforce initiatives and improvements across the Trust. This is a strategic, impact-driven opportunity to shape people practices at scale and support high-quality care. You will collaborate across functions to balance operational needs with people-centric change, contributing to a positive, inclusive culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Trust-wide Business Partnering and People Relations services
- Oversee transformation and change initiatives
- Oversee leadership development programs
- Manage establishment controls
- Drive staff engagement and recognition efforts
- Promote inclusion and diversity
- Support cost improvement initiatives
- Advance resolution-focused and just culture in employee relations
Key requirements
- Extensive post-qualification experience in all areas of Human Resources
- Demonstrable staff and financial management experience
- Proven success as a workforce specialist in a large, complex organisation
- Extensive experience at a senior level in a large, complex organisation
- Record of achievement in HR management and related areas
- Chartered CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
- Masters qualification or equivalent experience
