Overview
In this role you will deliver high-quality primary care to patients at Victoria & Five Elms Medical Centre, contributing to improved access, outcomes and patient experience. You will work with clinical leads to support the practice’s operational plan and maintain governance standards. The role combines in-person and virtual consultations, triage, and clinical administration, aligned with the total triage model. You will help shape service delivery at scale within a values-driven team, with opportunities for professional development and NHS partnership collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical care to registered patients and support the surgery’s operational plan with clinical leads
- Maintain clinical governance and contribute to improvements in health outcomes via audits, QOF, and CQC standards
- Provide clinical care per the job plan, including consultations (in-person and video), triage, results, medication reviews, and on-call duties (excluding out-of-hours)
- Adhere to GMC standards and prioritise individual patient care
- Support development and review of the surgery action plan with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive patient satisfaction, QOF targets, enhanced services, and resource/cost management
Key requirements
- GMC registration and NHS performers list
- GP accreditation (MRCGP or equivalent)
- Commitment to quality and patient-focused service
- Knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, CQUINs and appropriate coding
- Working knowledge of clinical systems (SystmOne or EMISweb)
