Accounting Supervisor / Management Accountant in London

While you wont be directly treating or supporting clients in this role, your work will play an important part in helping the teams who do. Youll use your financial expertise to help us understand performance, manage resources effectively and make informed decisions that ultimately support the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. Youll work collaboratively with Finance and operational teams across MSI UK, building trusted relationships and providing insight that helps the wider organisation succeed. Main duties of the jobYoull play a key role in preparing accurate monthly management accounts, supporting the month-end process and contributing to budgeting and forecasting. Youll analyse financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and work closely with budget holders and stakeholders (business partnering) across the organisation to provide clear, meaningful insights. Youll also help build strong relationships with regional and divisional managers while supporting financial reporting. What were looking forWere looking for someone who combines strong accounting knowledge with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. To be a qualified accountant or actively working towards a recognised qualification, such as CIMA or ACCA.Previous experience preparing management accounts. Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills. Whilst the successful candidate will be based in London, the role offers hybrid working, with occasional travel across the country as required. You might not be delivering care directly, but the decisions, analysis and insight you provide will help the people who are.
