Job summaryWe are looking for someone to join our Mental Health Practitioner team at Brownlow Health. The successful applicants will join our two existing Mental Health practitioners, and a supporting multidisciplinary team to offer help and support to patients presenting with mental health difficulties within Primary Care. The role will manage patients from initial assessment to diagnosis and treatment, including actively signposting to external resource and psychosocial support as needed.
